Bangladesh Won Million of Hearts

Pakistan might won the Asia Cup but Bangladesh for sure won the million hearts with their great show throughout the tournament. Bangladesh could not complete the miracle lap and fell two runs short as Pakistan became Asia Cup champions at the Sher-E-Bangla Stadium on Thursday. But for the neutrals, it was all about the heroic effort of a bunch of Bangladeshi boys who started as no-hopers in the tournament.

The Bangladesh fans, however, quickly accepted the reality and gave the Tigers a standing ovation for what they achieved in this tournament. Wins against India and Sri Lanka and two near misses against Pakistan at least gave Bangladesh something to cherish after starting the tournament as clear underdogs.

They were brave in the final match as well except the last over with their ball and bat that ultimately cost them the match that everyone watching the game at the stadium and on television felt they should have won.
