Here's a little but about Lana Turner.
Lana turner. Born in 1921,was discovered and signed to a contract at 16 by famous hollywood media giant MGM. She was one of hollywood's first "scream queens" with the making of 'Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde'. She was also famous amoung college boys across the nation due to her teen-oriented films such as 'Dramatic school' and 'Dancing Co-ed'. An actress bolstered by her beauty, Lana is known by some career-defining movies such as 'The postman always rings twice' and 'Peyton Place' for which she got an oscar nomination.
She also went through many personal difficulties. Her father died before she was 10 and Lana's mother moved to LA and worked as a beautician until Lana got discovered. She was married a total of 8 times to 7 people. She had one daughter. In her memoir she speaks about how she wished to have 1 husband and 7 children but life turned out the other way around. She died in 1995 at the age of 74 due to complications from cancer.
